Special Features on the iPhone

Unlike your basic cell phone, the iPhone is not just for sending and receiving calls or texts. This phone can also be used as an mp3 player. It is very simple to download music from iTunes. To download iTunes go to the website below.

It has applications one can purchase games, entertainment, Utilities, Social Networking, travel, and much more.

One can take pictures and videos with sound and download them onto a computer.

One can also use the internet on the iPhone. Simply click on safari browser and it is able to get onto the internet in any area.

How to Find Contacts…

First click the circular button on the bottom of the iPhone to turn on the phone.

Then slide your fingers at the bottom of the screen to unlock the phone.

Lightly slide your finger to the left to shift the pages until you see a brown notebook listed as contacts.

There, you will see all of your contacts listed in alphabetical order. Then simply tap on a contact then tap on the phone number to call. If you want to send a text simply tap on the text message button on the bottom left hand corner.

How to Add a Contact Once you have found your

contacts you will see a plus sign in the top right hand corner.

Tap on the plus sign and a page will come up that shows where to put in the contacts name, number, email, address etc.

Once you have filled in all of the information you tap the “Done” in the top right hand corner.

How to Add an Application

When you unlock your iPhone there will be a main page.

Tap on the blue button with an A on it. Below will say App Store.

Once you click on the icon you will see options on the bottom of the screen .

By clicking on the box with categories underneath, you can see all of the different applications .

There are also free applications included with the phone.

Simply click on a desired category then at the top of the screen will say top free. Clicking that will provide you with free applications.
