Terms & Conditions

All reservations & agreements are made upon, and are subject to the rules and regulations of Kanda

Residences Samui, and the following conditions apply.

All Food & Beverage served in the hotel is to be supplied by the hotel. One menu is required for all guests; limited dietary substitutes can be made available upon prior

request. All food & beverage rates/prices quoted are exclusive of presently applicable service charge

(10%) and V.A.T (7%), however, should there be an increase of V.A.T or an introduction of any tax, rates/prices will be revised with immediate effect according to the date of introduction of such taxes or increases of V.A.T.

Minimum guarantee is due by 12 noon 48 hours prior to the event, 72 hours if the event is on a weekend. Payment is due for the guaranteed number or the guests in attendance, whichever is greater. If a guarantee is not given by the above stated time, you will be charged for your expected attendance.

Payment shall be made in advance of the function unless credit has been satisfactorily established and accepted in writing by the Hotel, in which event, a deposit should be paid at the time of signing the contract. In the event of cancellation, the Patron shall be liable for all losses sustained by the Hotel, and all deposit monies may be held to cover said losses.

Breakfast functions are maximum 3 hours in duration. Luncheon functions are maximum 4 hours in duration. Dinner functions are maximum 5 hours in duration. Functions lasting longer than the above time limits are subject to a labour charge. Dinner functions must be concluded by no later that 00:00 (midnight)

Tablecloths will be set on tables one and one half hours before lunch & dinner. Requests for early set-up will be subject to service charges.

The Hotel will provide one microphone at no charge for any meal function. Each additional microphone to be advised.

Kanda Residences Samui prohibits any ticket sales at the door. Kanda Residences Samui will not be responsible for damage or loss of any articles left in the

hotel prior to, during or following any function. The Patron is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by his guests or independent

contractors on his behalf, during the time the premises are under his control. The Hotel does not have, and cannot provide, labour or equipment for moving large items into

or out of the premises. Such services may be hired through a company. However smaller items may be moved upon agreement with guests services.

Use of Hotels name in advertising is prohibited without prior approval of the General Manager of Kanda Residences Samui.

All prices are subject to change. Costs can be confirmed no more than 6 months prior to function, providing all details are finalised before new prices are in effect. In no event shall Kanda Residences Samui be liable for loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract , warranty or otherwise.
