The Library Center is located in a Private village in Lucena City, Quezon. Nearby are poor residents who are mostly migrants from all over the country and most of the women are housewives. Moreover, majority of the adults are elementary graduates and the average number of members in a household is around five to eight. As much as children in the area want to get higher education, elementary and secondary schools are far off from the sitio. Despite tuition fees to content with, poor families still confront the basic issues on transportation and food allowance of their children. Quezon is a province of the Philippines in the CALABARZON region of Luzon island. The province was named after Manuel L. Quezon, the second President of the Philippines, and its capital is Lucena City. Quezon, east of Metro Manila, is the 8th largest province in the Philippines having an area of 892,601 hectares or 8,926.01 km². Quezon is the country's leading producer of

ANCE started in 1982 by a group of professionals who wanted to share the blessings that they received from God through charitable works like seasonal feeding to malnourished children, distribution of goodies during Christmas and provision of school supplies to a few elementary pupils in the mountain schools in Cebu City. The group realized that they could do more if they will have their organization registered with SEC for legal personality. In July 06, 2006, they were given the SEC Certificate of Incorporation. Cebu City is located on the central eastern part of Cebu Province, an island at the center of the Visayas in Southern Philippines. It is a highly-urbanized city. The population reached 799,762 people in 2007.
Cebu City is one of three centers of education in the country, the others being Metro Manila and Davao City.

Brgy. Sab-ahan is a forest reserve area, inhabited with 7,078 people making it the most populated Brgy. in Bais (NSCB, 2007). It is where Meralco Foundation, Inc. (MFI) established a Family Farm School (FFS) whose main goal is to transfer agricultural technology and develop skills of upland farmers by providing a techno-demo farm for abaca and coffee farming. On its 16 years of existence, it also provided access to free agricultural based education for High School students.

La Consolacion College of Bais City or LCC - Bais officially opened on 13th of June 2007. As a catholic school, LCC - Bais gives primary importance to the spiritual life of its students, faculty and personnel. It is a Catholic learning institution with students from Preparatory, Elementary, High School and College. It is situated in a peaceful community where public transportation is readily available. It is only about 10 minutes’ drive to the nearest shopping centres, hospital facilities, parks and other leisure places. The City of Bais is located 45 kilometers from Dumaguete City, the provincial capitol of Negros Oriental. It has a total land area of 31,690 hectares. Bais is consists of thirty-five (35) barangays, where there are twelve (12) coastal, twelve (12) lowland and eleven (11) upland barangays. ORGANIZATION/COMMUNITY CONTEXT
Saceda Youth Lead is A Youth Serving Institution of the Philippines under the National Youth Commission. It is a pioneering leadership consulting and a member of the Philippine Society for Training and Development. SYL has its own leadership center for its various trainings and programs. It has opened its own leadership high school in Dumaguete, the only leadership school in Negros Oriental. It runs 60 annual programs in training and development, ventures and international exchange. SYL is a self-sustained organization and is a recognized institution for youth leadership and development by the LDM-Institute for International Education, ICICP, Asia, Europe Foundation, Ngee Ann Polytechnic of the Republic of Singapore, National Junior College and other universities and colleges in the Philippines and abroad.
