b)YouhaveacceptedtheHomeLaneWorksContract.

c)Thepaymentforyoursecondinstallment(40%ofquotevalue)isreceived.

2. Ifwedon'tcompleteyourprojectwithintheapplicabledeliveryguaranteeperiodthenwewillpayyourent(Rs.1000/day)foreverydayofdelay,subjectto

thefulfilmentofallthepre-conditionsforavailingsuchadeliveryguarantee.Pleaserefertothe“Pre-ConditionsforDeliveryGuarantee”sectionbelowto

knowmoreaboutsuchconditions.

3. PreconditionstoourDeliveryGuarantee:Allitemscontainedinthesite-readinesschecklistshouldbecompletewhenwebegintheinstallationprocess.

4. Ifanitemisnotmarkedwithanycategorysymbolinthequotationthenitshallbeassumedthatitbelongstothe“TypeA”Categorywhereina45days

deliveryguaranteewillbeapplicable.

Pre-ConditionsforDeliveryGuarantee

TheDeliveryGuaranteeshallnotbeapplicableinthefollowingcases.

1)Ifthefollowingitemsareinyourscopeorthebuilder’sscope:

a)granitesupplyorinstallation;

b)hoband/orchimneysupplyorinstallation;or

c)electricalpointshifting;

2)Ifthesitehasrestrictionsonworktimingsduringtheday.

3)Ifyouarenotinfullpossessionofthesiteandtemporarypossessionhasbeenallowedbythebuilder.

4)IfthereisconcurrentworkbeingdoneatthesitebyanyotherthirdpartycontractorlikePainting,WallPaper,WoodenFlooringorCarpentryWorkduring

installation,andworkbeingexecutedbythebuildersuchascivilworks,core-cutting,paintingetc.

5)TheDeliveryGuaranteeshallnotbeapplicableifthereareanychangestodesignsaftertheorderisinproduction.

6)Ifyouarelivingatthesiteatthetimeofinstallation;

7)AbnormalhindrancesinexecutionlikeContinuousLackofPower,Non-WorkingLifts,NoPermissionfromBuilder,etc

8)Aforcemajeureeventoccurs.

9)OEMreplacementsduetofunctionaldefectsfoundatthetimeofhandoverareoutsidetheDeliveryGuarantee.Thereplacementswillbedonefreeofcost

basedontheOEMtimelineandHomeLanewillfacilitatethereplacements.Eg-hardware,applianceslikehobandchimney,accessories,colourmismatchor

scratchesinhandlesetc.

10)DeepscratchesfoundonshuttersafterpeelingoffofprotectivelinerswillbereplacedbyHomeLaneiftheyarenotremovableusingpolishingagents,but

theyareoutsideofDeliveryGuarantee.

11)ShadevariationforthesamecolourofshutterfinishwillbereplacedbasedonOEM(likeMerino,Associate,ActionTesaetc.)timeline,freeofcost,butthe

samewillbeoutsideofDeliveryGuarantee.HomeLanewillfacilitatethereplacementsthroughOEMs.

12)IfthewoodworkcomponentofthequoteisequaltoorgreaterthanINR15lakhsthentheDeliveryGuaranteewillnotbeapplicableduetothevolumeof

workinvolved.

Upto10-YearWarranty*

1)AllyourwoodworkiscoveredundertheHomeLane’s10-yearwarranty*.Thissafeguardsyouagainstanydefectinmanufacturingorininstallation

workmanship.

2)Allaccessories,hardwareandappliancesarecoveredaspertherespectiveManufacturer’sWarrantyPolicy.

3)AdetaileddescriptionofourWarrantyPolicyisalsomentionedintheHomeLaneWorksContractforyourreference.YoucanrefertotheWorksContractwhen

youaremakingthe2ndinstallmentpaymentof40%ofthequotevalue.

4)Duringthisvisit,ifanitemisfoundtobefaulty,thesamewillbereplacedinthebelowscenarios:

a)Iftheworkinvolvedisonlyreplacementofitemscoveredunderwarranty,andnootherrealignment/replacement,thesumofRs.750willbewaivedoff

b)Iftheworkincludesre-alignmentofunitsand/orreplacementofitemsnotcoveredunderwarranty(duetophysicaldamage,continuouswaterleakage,

rusting,etc),thecostofreplacementwillbeoverandaboveRs.750,andabillforthesamewillbeprovidedafterthevisit.

UnloadingServices

1)Anymovementofmaterialsbystairsabove2ndfloorwillattractthefollowingadditionalcharges:

a)AfixedunloadingchargeofRs.5000shallbechargedformovementofmaterialfrom3rdfloorandabovewheretheserviceliftisunavailable.

b)AnadditionalchargeofRs.1000willbeapplicableforeachfloormovementofmaterialfromthe9thfloorandabove,wheretheservicelistisunavailable.
