QUICK START GUIDE VOYANT CONNECT Flags next to your picture and your contacts’ pictures indicate the presence you are sharing with your contacts, as well as each of your contact’s presence or availability. My Room is your permanent communication hub. Hovering over it reveals your audio conference bridge number and your conference ID for participants to dial into. Click on History to view your previous chats and calls. You can easily restart communications from your History. Along the bottom, once you've selected a person in your contacts list, the chat bubble is where you start a chat session. The plus sign (+) allows you to import contacts from Outlook or manually add a contact. This is your Contacts list. It pulls up a list of all of your contacts. Use the Dial Pad to place a call. The globe icon shows all of the contacts in your Directory. These are people in your organization you have not yet connected with. QUICK START GUIDEVOYANT CONNECT

Flags next to your picture and your contacts’ pictures indicate the presence you are sharing with your contacts, as well as each of your contact’s presence or availability.

My Room is your permanent communication hub. Hovering over it reveals your audio conference bridge number and your conference ID for participants to dial into.
