BRF is a feature in eForms that allows you to pre-register payment beneficiaries for loans financed by IBRD, IDA, or co-financiers.

AccessPendingBRF1. Retrieve a pending beneficiary application.

Option 1: FromMyPortfolio

a. Access the loan either through:

i. Select box by choosing the Financier and entering the Loan number; or

ii. Quick Links box by clicking the loan number.

b. Select eForms.

c. Click BeneficiaryRegistration sub-tab.

Option 2: From your E-mail account

a. From your inbox, open the E-mail on Notification:Readyfor Submission—Beneficiary RegistrationForm.

b. Click the link. The Login screen for Client Connection appears.

c. Log in with your UserID and Password. The Beneficiary Registration sub-tab displays.

2. Under ApprovedandPending BeneficiaryRegistration Applications,click PendingSignature.

3. Click BeneficiaryName to view beneficiary details.

SignaPendingBRF1. Review the payment details.

2. Select the appropriate action.

a. Sign—confirms the application is complete and accurate.

i. Click the checkbox to confirm that you completed the review.

ii. Click Sign. A Validation Result window displays.

iii. Click OK. The Secure Authentication screen appears. The UserID is pre-filled.

iv. Enter your Passcode, then click Enter. A message box displays: “BeneficiaryForm approvedsuccessfully.”

v. Click OK. The system takes you back to the Beneficiary Registration sub-tab.

b. Reject—sends the application back to the Form Creator for revisions.

i. Click Reject. A Rejection Confirmation window displays.

ii. Explain your reasons for rejecting the application. This is a requirement.

iii. Click Yes. A second confirmation displays.

iv. Click OK. Relevant parties receive an E-mail notification. The status changes to RejectedbySignatory.

c. Cancel—closes the screen but does not delete the application.

Upon signing:

a. The form status changes to SystemProcessesRunning.

b. Relevant parties receive an E-mail notification and the status changes to ProcessingbytheWorldBank.

c. After the World Bank reviews and approves the application, the status changes to Approved.

Note: As Form Signatory, follow the same steps as the Form Creator re-submits an amended application.

ViewStatusofaBRF1. From eForms tab, click BeneficiaryRegistration sub-tab.

2. View status of a BRF in the appropriate section.

a.ApprovedandPending BeneficiaryRegistration Applications—lists the status for all beneficiaries specific to a loan. Use the link or button to expand the list.

b. RejectedandLapsed BeneficiaryRegistration Applications

• Rejected—areapplications not approved by the World Bank.

• Lapsed—areapplicationspendingsignaturethatexceedthe specified duration.

c. ExpiredandDisallowedBeneficiaries

• Expired—appliestoDirectPaymentonly.Payeeenddatehaslapsed. Click beneficiary to view details.

• Disallowed—appliestoaBRFapprovedandlaterdisallowedbytheWorldBank.

DisplayOriginalVersionofaBRFUse the OriginalVersion feature for reference purposes, particularly when a BRF goes through several amendments.

1. From eForms tab, click BeneficiaryRegistration sub-tab.

2. Under ApprovedandPending BeneficiaryRegistration Applications, click the button or link to expand list Approved bytheWorldBank.

3. Click to select a BeneficiaryName with an Approved status. The payment details display.

4. Under Beneficiary, click the link originalversion. The original application displays.
