Case Study One

Delivered Indoors for up to 500 delegates.

Delegates will be divided into teams of up to 30.

The TV Newscast programme objective is to script, prepare, produce and present a high quality news and features programme.

The programme is recorded live.

TRADING PLACES Trading Places is a fast paced team building exercise based on currency trading across different continents , operating in different time zones. In addition, there is a Breaking News screen in the Trading Room, on which information continually revolves to reveal new pieces of information that will have further impact on trading. This exercise test teams strategic and planning skills, communication, flexibility, responsiveness and approach to risk

BESPOKE

This was an entirely bespoke format inspired to reinforce Bayers values LIFE (Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility, and Efficiency)

We created four activity Life Zones: Leadership Zone This consisted of number of a varied challenges in which a different member of the team was nominated to take the lead in each of the tasks/challenges

Integrity Zone In the integrity zone there were tasks and team challenges that involved listening attentively, effective communication and trust.

Conference and Team Building Event for 120 Delegates

Flexibility Zone The theme for this zone was team challenges that required flexibility (mental and physical). This included some creative design which encouraged the participants to be open minded and challenge the status quo.

Efficiency Zone The focus for this zone involved undertaking tasks where the teams were given limited resources to successfully complete the task. They therefore needed to manage those resources smartly and do things simply and effectively.

Do we have a Deal?

Many of us will have sat in front of the television watching the iconic programme claiming I could have done better than that, well here is an opportunity to prove it! The overall objective of this exercise is to assist a small business with its expansion plans. It is a genuine small creative limited company that has been trading for almost 2 years, that is vat registered and presently employs one person. The teams are given a detailed history of the company which includes the full trading accounts for the last two years & the company website. There is nothing simulated or contrived about this exercise and the teams have a unique opportunity to help a small business grow.
