How to Create a Query

1 On the toolbar, click Query.

2 Click New.

3 Select Query Type and Format.

4 Click OK.

5 Select appropriate criteria.

6 Select output fields.

7 Select sort if desired.

8 View Results tab.

9 From the File menu, select Save.

10 Add a name and description based on your policies and procedures.

How to Create an Export

1 On the toolbar, click Export.

2 Click New.

3 Select the type and format.

4 Click Create Now.

5 On the General tab, click Include.

6 Select Selected Records, and open your query.

7 On the Output tab, select the fields to export.

8 On the File menu, select Save.

9 Add a name and description based on your policies and procedures

10 Click Save.

11 Click Export Now.

How to Create a Report

1 On the toolbar, click Reports.

2 Select a report category.

3 Select a report.

4 Click New.

5 Assemble the report using the report tabs.

6 On the File menu, select Save.

7 Add a name and description based on your policies and procedures.

8 To preview the report, click Preview.
