Who Can PlayThe championships are open to all students from State, Independent, Religious and Home Schools in QUEENSLAND ONLY.

Cost $40 per team (Inc. GST) for all events (additional $40 per team for State Final).

Event Conditions

Rules Of Team Event1. A team will consist of 2 players (Single gender). 2. Students competing must be from the same school. No composite teams allowed. 3. Schools may enter more than 1 team in each event/section, with no limit.4. Age limits are restricted, students must be enrolled in nominated grade at the school. Students

may play in a higher age division if required to form a team.5. The competition will be round robin format to knock out to ensure maximum games.6. Each school group should be accompanied by a responsible adult acting as a manager/coach.7. The competition between 2 teams will be the best of 5 matches (2 singles, 1 doubles and 2

reverse singles).8. Players shall umpire the singles matches and the team manager/coach may be needed to

umpire the doubles matches. 9. A singles or doubles match will consist of the best of 3 games. Each game to 11 points (ad-

vantage), with 2 serves each alternating.10. Allocation of points as follows: 2 points for a win, 1 point for a loss. 11. This event will be subject to filming and photography by participants, coaches and other ap-

proved persons. Participants (parents/guardians of players under age 18) give consent for the entrant to be filmed or photographed during the championships and for TTQ to use these images for table tennis promotional purposes.

12. Divisions may be combined if insufficient entries.13. Medals and certificates will be awarded at the completion of the championships.

By completing the Entry Form your school agrees to the Event Conditions.

Queensland State Final process• 1st and 2nd placed teams in each division at each regional event will be invited to compete

at the State Final• Please notify Table Tennis Queensland if any players are unable to compete at State Final

prior to regional event.
