How to PlayTo participate in the Queen of Hearts Raffle, buy tickets at the ticket dispenser at 3 Star Liquors& Tavern, during normal business hours. Drawing will be held every Wednesday night at 6 p.m.

Tickets are 6 for $5, 12 for $10, and 24 for $20. Tickets can be purchased immediately after thedrawing up to the time of the next drawing. On each ticket, print your full name, your phone number,and the card position you choose (1 to 54). No address labels allowed! Must be legible! Printonly! If your ticket is not complete and legible, it will be voided and a new ticket will bedrawn. All players must be 21 years of age. Place your ticket in the tumbler.

How the Raffle WorksOnce a card is selected, it will be turned over with the card face up on the board. If the Queen ofHearts is not selected, the game will roll over to the next week. After the drawing, all tickets for thatweek’s drawing will be destroyed.

If your ticket is selected, you automatically receive $100.

If your ticket is selected and the number on the ticket reveals the Queen of Hearts, you will receive50% of the jackpot. Winner need not be present.

In addition to the weekly prize or jackpot, you can win bonus prizes. See below for payouts.

Should this raffle go the full 54 weeks and should the last ticket have an unavailable card number,we will pull another ticket.

How the Payout is DoneThe cap for this raffle will be a $150,000 jackpot, with a maximum payout of $75,000 going tothe winner.

The ticket holder who selects the Queen of Hearts is the Grand Prize Winner. He or she will be paid50% of the jackpot. Of the rest, 40% will go to San Rocco Oratory; 10% will be retained to start anew raffle.

The winner is responsible for any and all taxes and fees. The winner must confirm their identity andsocial security number by completing and signing an IRS Form W-2G. In addition, if the prize isgreater than $5,000, IRS requires a withholding of 24% of the winnings, less the amount of thewager. Winnings will not be distributed until the W-2G has been completed, signed, and returned toa Queen of Hearts administrator. If a player is unwilling or unable to complete, sign, and return theW-2G within ten (10) days of the drawing, 100% of the prize money will revert to San Rocco Oratory.

Restrictions3 Star is not responsible for the Queen of Hearts Raffle. This location is merely the host forSan Rocco Oratory. All inquiries should be directed to the oratory; Rosa Lynch is the coordinatorof the raffle.
