ICP media• With more than 60 iconic media brands, IPC creates content for multiple

platforms, across print, online, mobile, tablets and events. As the UK's leading consumer magazine publisher they engage with 26m UK adults - almost two thirds of UK women and 42% of UK men. “IPC Media is committed to working in partnership with its consumers, advertisers, business partners and employees to deliver exceptional value, service, innovation and creativity. “

• They have three publishing divisions; IPC Connect, IPC Inspire and IPC Southbank. IPC Connect, is the ICP’s mass market women's division comprised of many famous women's weeklies including Now, Chat and Woman; TV entertainment brands including What's on TV, TV Times and TV & Satellite Week and the good to know network. The men's media products published through IPC Inspire has a wealth of leisure brands including Country Life, Horse & Hound, Rugby World and Decanter, as well as lifestyle brands including Nuts (no longer being published), Mousebreaker and NME. IPC Southbank is it’s upmarket women's division and comprises luxury fashion brands including Marie Claire and InStyle, lifestyle brands including woman&home and Essentials and home interest brands including Ideal Home, Livingetc and housetohome.

Why ICP might publish my magazine

• ICP inspire which is the division focused on men publishes a wide range of magazines which are marketed towards all various walks of life. My magazine will open the door to an area of the male demographic which they may not already have a magazine geared towards.

• With Nuts also coming out of publication my magazine may be able to take it’s place as while it is heavily focused on music it also has a gaming section much like that of Nuts magazine previously did.

Why might Bauer media publish my magazine?

• The Bauer media group dabble heavily in the world of music and radio meaning it would seem almost foolish not to acquire my magazine and the many fans which my magazine would possess.

• It would also allow advertisements of their own products to be placed within my magazine increasing the chance of them making money which is the overall goal of any company.

Team Rock• “TeamRock is a company that combines the best of traditional media

with the boldness of new media, corporately speaking.”• Claiming that they have spotted a gap in the rock music market, called

"the rock music market“. Team Rock are determined to give the their readers the “content they want, the way they want it”. Along with the recent acquisitions of Classic Rock & Metal Hammer magazines, they plan to keep growing and deliver the content which best represents to rock community.

• Based in the UK, the team behind TeamRock are both renowned and revered for their business acumen and media nuance. John Myers and Billy Anderson are also involved.

• To date, TeamRock has delivered media services for Live Nation and developed content solutions for it’s partners in India and around the world. However, they feel that they have much greater things planned.

Why might team rock publish my magazine?

• Team rock is the most obvious choice for publishing my magazine. With my magazine being inspired by classic rock and metal hammer magazine it will fit into the experience they are trying to create. The fanbase from my magazine will most likely cross over into many of their current publications and by acquiring “EQUALIZER” they increase there ability to advertise and manipulate their consumers.
