• Staff will accept and utilize social responsibility in monitoring their own training and developmental needs through EL• Staff will increase their knowledge base through social learning with EL

• Increase family involvement by utilizing shared governance, social learning, and S.E.L.F. across all program areas

• 100% of treatment plans are individualized by utilizing SNCD and Trauma Informed Care principles • With growth and change parents are able to rate treatment/care plans as individualized

• Develop a multi-disciplinary team to enhance social learning & shared governance• Identify core trainings to enhance social learning and developmental needs• Growth and change will support a new delivery system for areas of development• Coach staff to partner with families

• An increase in emotional intelligence and a commitment to non-violence will be demonstrated by a decrease in AWOLs and a decrease in Restraints. • ASK points will increase due to social responsibility and growth and change.• Progress monitoring with AIMsweb will show the fidelity of the curriculum.

• A welcoming culture will be extended by mtg on DOA, followed by a card and then call to each family which will also support emotional intelligence• Family Partnership support will assist in development & delivery of trng which will promote emotional intelligence and highlight S.E.L.F. • Utilization of the S.E.L.F. Model to promote and encourage family involvement

• The use and monitoring of CANS and GAS that change as strengths and needs change • Periodic QI review to identify individual needs as continued assessment and learning of trauma informed care

• Through open communication, staff from all program areas will identify and implement goals• Open communication between programs will assist clients, students, families to achieve goals and transfer skills across all environments

Reports/Open CommunicationThe QI Manager is a direct link to the Quality Council (EMT) – report progress, findings, etc.

The role of the QI Manager will be a support to all Champions and Quality Improvement Teams. Champions will complete a quarterly report/update on the progress of the QI measure to QI Manager and Quality Council.

Quality Initiatives Champion (s) will be assigned to each quality initiative.

Quality Improvement Teams will be created for each quality initiative – consisting of staff with the expertise, skills and knowledge needed. The Quality Improvement Manager is a support to all Quality Improvement Teams for support and guidance of quality initiatives.
