Check the cable rating as per cable schedule.

Check material used in installation as approved, correct type and size.

Check the installation as per approved Drawing.

Check the cable installed on proper containment.

Verify cable and accessories installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

Inspect exposed cable sections for physical damage.

Check the cable installation for required spare space on containments.

Inspect shield grounding, cable supports, and terminations for proper installation.

Verify presence of ground cable in each manhole.

Verify cables are labeled properly.

Verify terminations are per manufacturers instructions.

2. NOTES

System / Equipment has been installed in accordance with the Contract Documents and is ready for Testing.
