Manual checking when filling beverages – time-consuming and prone to errors Manual quality inspection, particularly in the packaging field, is time-consuming and subject to errors. Multiple steps must be verified, for example, whether the bottles are correctly capped and if the number of bottles in the boxes and cartons is correct. Also labels on beverage bottles need to be reliably detected during filling and handling.
