We thus have become co-organizers and our role is to expand the quality standards of the Reunion, and at the same time we are bound to build and promote the image of an organization that is vital for our society.
ROTARY International108 years anniversary
In 2013 Rotary International celebrated 108 years of existence, an occasion for a prestigious event and a press conference.All the important Rotarians from Romania and the Republic of Moldavia took part at this exquisite event.Furthermore, our team was involved in organizing a series of events related to the anniversary.

QUAL ADVERTISING
TIMAF is the largest art festival in Transylvania, despite being one of the youngest. 3 weeks, over 100 events, in 10 locations in Cluj, with a span of 13 arts. It’s a huge organizing and communication enterprise, that has to attract and entertain an audience of hundreds of thousands. Furthermore, we brought to Cluj great names, such as Parov Stelar and Lord of the Dance and had to meet their expectations, in terms of facilities, advertising and budget. Impressive work was carried out to create media partnerships and to attract sponsors at the Festival.

IntelligentEnergy Europe
Ecowill project was initiated in 2010 with the primary goal of reducing the carbon emission by stimulating eco driving in Europe. Ecowill is a large scale project, translated in 13 languages, based on a playful creative concept. Ecowill uses elements which suggest the eco spirit through the leaf symbol implement on all the communication materials.

Our team has realized the graphic concept and press layout for Dekalb Newsletter. This publication is being distributed nationwide. We have also realized the graphic design for outdoor banners, magazines and booklet using a unitary stile and a complementary chromatic pallet. The photos used are representative for Monsanto’s brand and industry.

An important objective was to offer them high quality services that would help develop their businesses. For the 5th anniversary of the Club, Qual Media refreshed the identity and took part in the creation and execution of various advertising materials.

Star BT program is part of this mission and rewards the loyalty of the customers with certain financial benefits. Qual Media created a comprehensive identity book for Star BT, making sure that the new project is communicated in an efficient way, consistent with the general strategy of Transilvania Bank, and at the same time emphasizing the particular aspects of the challenge.

sportului. Fiindcă mai importantă este motivaţia
întrecerii şi consecinţele ei. Sportul este cea mai
bună şcoală unde se învaţă că a te autodepăşi
înseamnă a învinge. Pe teren înţelegi că adevăratul
adversar al fi ecărui sportiv este în primul rând
propria sa limită, iar performanţa devine o noţiune
intimă şi personală.
Campionii înţeleg că învinşii şi învingătorii se
respectă, însă adevăratul învingător nu abuzează
niciodată de victoria sa. Apoi, să nu uităm că după
cum arta nu poate exista numai prin capodopere,
nici sportul nu poate fi practicat numai de campioni.

The Autumn Festival of the German Economy
Qual Media had a strategic part in organizing and promoting the first edition of the autumn festival of the German economy, together with DWNT, in Cluj-Napoca.The event had to be relevant for the business community in the area but also appealing to the general public. The strategy concerning the business and the communication aspects was a considerable challenge, but the success of the entire Festival proved it right.

This campaigns are part of the CSR activity of BAT, targeted also to achieve social activation for the brand, within the company and the local community. The first major task aimed at raising awareness regarding the issue of energy saving. Three months after the campaign was launched the official figures showed a 12% decrease of the internal energy consumption, 6 times higher than the initial target.

The campaign „ Make savings for the key moments in your life” offers a complete and modern financial solution which includes both a component of financial protection and an efficient way of accumulating capital. The campaign realized in collaboration with Qual Media has been implemented nationwide and has a strong sales component. Thus the type of materials was realized in such way to support the campaign’s strategy. The creative concept was implemented on all printings, people stoppers, online, dedicated website and others.

Our communication strategy is based on extensive research, focused on identifying the consumer’s profile, the macroeconomic, legal, cultural factors that influence its behavior, the analysis of the direct and indirect competitors and eventually the stakeholders analysis. With all the relevant information from the research, we created a strategy based on planning the actions focused on market penetration, on how we present the product at the sales points, on the trade activation. Events, PR and online communication complete the marketing box we created for Domeniile Boieru.

Rotary places is a complex online platform that serves as a travel and business guide in Romania. The objectives vary from cultural to catering, and the members of Rotary clubs recommend certain choices. An advertising module is integrated in the software, so companies interested can purchase visibility packages.
Rotary instruments, such as calendars, study opportunities, legal news, etc, can be customized by each user, according to their interests.

A special project for a particular client. Size, complexity, innovation were key requirements desired by the customer. We managed to exceed expectations. Easy to use administration interface, Web 2.0 technologies, videos and 3D maps. The client fear to manage 50 sites immediately disappeared when accessing the administration interface.

For HP and Blackberry we first created a communication strategy, focused on the online environment. The purpose was to help develop the entrepreneurial spirit and abilities. Any Facebook user, aged up to 25, could submit a business proposal for the year 2020, which can benefit the general public. All the ideas are visible to the public and visitors can add comments.

This is an application used by JA-YE to generate maps of Europe depending on the countries selected in the administration module. For each country a short description and a link will be introduced. Various maps can be saved, edited, duplicated. The HTML code can be transferred to include the maps in other sites belonging to the customer.

The concept developed for our client regarding the communication materials was simple, clean, with a basic chromatic palette which is in accordance with the institution’s profile characterized by performance, promptness and seriousness. Qual Media realized the proper implementation of the institution’s visual identity elements on all the communication materials.

NBR publications regard professionals and the general public. They must comply deadlines and quality standards extremely accurate.
