QUY TRNH BO DNG
PHN I: QUY TRNH BO DNG TRM BTS V CC THIT B PH TR.
- Trc khi tin hnh bo dng phi chp nh hin trng ti trm v lp bin bn hin trng c xc nhn ca chi nhnh tnh.
- Sau khi bo dng xong tin hnh chp nh v lp bin bn hin trng c xc nhn ca chi nhnh tnh.
I. Bo dng cc hng mc ngoi tri:
1. Bo dng h thng ct anten, dy co, m co:
a. Kim tra trc khi bo dng:
+ Kim tra thng ng ca ct.
+ Kim tra lp sn ton b ct.
+ Kim tra cng ca h thng dy co.
+ Kim tra tnh trng cc bu lng, cu xem c lc xit hoc r st khng; kim tra bn p,
ma n, tng , cc kp kha cp, lt cp,
+ Kim tra mt bng hin trng ti trm.
b. Quy trnh bo dng:
+ S dng cuc, xng dn dp pht quang c, rc, dy leo bm xung quanh chn ct v cc
m co.
+ Ni bu lng t ct b nghing, cn chnh dy co, bt li kho cp, tng , ma n. B sung
cu cng chng git cho tng nu thiu;
+ Xit li ton b bu lng ni ct, bu lng bn p, nhng vt t hng phi thay th, xit li
ton b bu lng ca b g chng xon;
+ Bi m YOC cho ton b kho cp, tng , ma n, bu lng, cu sau khi c xit cht;
+ Dng bn chi st nh sch r st, co b ton b phn sn c ca ct cn sn li;
+ Tin hnh san lp hon tr mt bng ti trm sau khi don dp pht quang.
+ Dng gi mm, lau sch phn r st, bi sn trn b mt ct;
+ Dng chi lng nhng sn tng hp ri qut u sn ln b mt ct (1 lp lt, 2 lp ph).
Lu trong qu trnh sn phi tin hnh sn tng lp mt t trn xung di, lp trc kh
th mi c tin hnh sn lp tip theo.

+ B xung thm kho cp cho cc tng dy co (vi cc trm ven bin trin khai bo dng

khong cch gia cc kho cp nh thit k) v s dng cn cn lc xit vi lc theo nh
thit k.
+ Lp bin bn nghim thu ti trm c xc nhn ca gim st chi nhnh tnh.
2. Bo dng h thng anten feeder, anten viba, n bo cao:
a. Kim tra trc khi bo dng:
+ Kim tra b g anten, cc bu lng bt g, cc clamp xem c bt cht v m bo k thut
khng;
+ Kim tra tilt v gc azimuth ca cc anten phng trng hp khi bo dng lm x
dch antenna;
+ Kim tra feeder xem c thng, c c kp clamp chc chn hay c b mp mo khng;
+ Kim tra v tr u connector kt ni vi feeder v jumper xem phn bng dnh c m bo
chng thm nc hay khng;
+ Kim tra b bt g anten vi ba, cp ng trc;
+ Kim tra b n bo cao (lu an ton vi cc b n bo cao dng ngun in AC 220V,
trc khi tin hnh bo dng ln ngt attomat cp in cho n bo cao), xit cht cc bu
lng, cu, c nh n bo khng. Gia c thm lt tht c nh dy ngun ca n bo
khng vo thn ct, kim tra v bo v ca dy ngun n bo khng nu b nt, v th phi
a vo k hoch sa cha thay th,...
b. Quy trnh bo dng:
+ Xit cht bu lng, cu ca b g anten vi ct, g vi anten, m bo chc chn v y
cc cu;
+ Bt cht b g chng xoay, xit cht anten vi-ba vo b g, kim tra kt ni gia anten v
cp ng trc vi ba, khi Radio;
+ V tr cc u connector vi feeder, dy jumper phi c chng thm nc tt bng cao su
non bng dnh (nu khng m bo chng thm nc tin hnh cun b xung bng dnh, cun
theo hnh mi ngi); lin kt gia u connector vi feeder, dy jumper phi m bo chc
chn trnh suy hao, ;
+ C nh li h thng cp ng trc, thay th clamp hng, xit cht bu lng, cu cho h
thng thot st.
3. Bo dng h thng tip a v thot st ngoi tri:
a. Kim tra trc khi bo dng:
+ o kim tra in tr h thng tip a (lu c hng dn gi cc x nghip v cch o);
+ Kim tra 02 mi hn ho nhit gia mt bch chn ct anten vi dy cp thp xung t t;

+ Kim tra u ni u ct dy dn thot st; kim tra cc bng ng trn ct, u ct u
ni dy dn vi bng ng (i vi cc trm theo thit k nm 2008 tr v trc);
+ Kim tra nh v kim thu st; kim tra cc thot st dy co,
b. Quy trnh bo dng:
+ Xit li cc bu lng, cu; thay th cc bu lng, cu b xy ho, hng ( cp theo nh
mc);
+ Dng km p ct thu lc p li cc u ct b lng. Cc bng ng phi c c nh chc
chn, cc dy thot st v tip mt phi c bt cht vi bng ng theo ng k thut, c
y cc c cht, c cng;
+ nh v li kim thu st m bo chc chn v thng, thu st tt;
+ m bo cho cc dy thot st dy co c kp bng kho cp v chn du ti m co;
+ Trong qu trnh kim tra 02 mi hn ho nhit gia mt bch chn ct anten vi dy cp
thp xung t t nu khng m bo yu cu th tin hnh hn li (vt t cp theo bng
nh mc)
+ o kim tra li in tr tip t. Nu in tr t 4 l t tiu chun.
+ Gia c thm lt tht c nh dy thot st vo thn ct.
+ nh v li cc bng ng tip a.
4. Bo dng thang cp ngoi tri:
a. Kim tra trc khi bo dng:
+ Kim tra tr v ct chng thang cp ngoi tri;
+ Kim tra cc bu lng v cu bt thang cp vi ct; thang cp vi nh trm.
b. Quy trnh bo dng:
+ Ct chng v thang cp phi c sn chng r. Trc khi sn phi dng bn chi st
nh r st, sau khi sn chng r tin hnh sn 1 lp lt 1 lp ph;
+ Xit cht v y cc bu lng, cu bt thang cp vi ct; thang cp vi nh trm. Sau
bi m YOC chng xy ho vo u cc bu lng, cu.
5. Bo dng h thng iu ho:
+ o kim tra in p v dng in cp cho iu ho, kim tra nhit trong phng c m
bo khng nh gi iu ho cn hot ng bnh thng khng;
+ Ct in cp cho iu ho, tho v ngoi ca dn lnh, tho li chn bi v kh mi ra, g
lp mng ng nc pha di dn lnh ri dng my bm p lc phun ra li chn ca gin
lnh (phn mch in phi dng ti nilon che kn) a sng phun rc theo li chn, khong
cch gia sng phun nc v li chn t 300mm n 400mm;
+ i vi li chn bi, ra bng nc sch pha thm mt cht x phng ri lau tht kh

v ampe km kim tra dng in v p lc gas (nu dng in khong 6A/p lc gas 80Pi/s l
tt), nu p lc gas nh hn 80Pi/s th cm bnh gas vo np v quan st ng h p lc gas
ngt cp gas;
+ Dng iu khin kim tra 3 ch hot ng ca iu ho v t nhit 270C.
II. Bo dng nh trm (nh xy, nh ci to, nh lp ghp):
1. Bo dng nh xy, nh ci to:
a. Kim tra trc khi bo dng:
+ Kim tra cc ca ra vo, xc nh nhng v tr b h;
+ Kim tra tm bt l cp nhp trm;
+ Kim tra tng, trn nh, nn nh xem c b rn nt, nghing ln hay tng, trn nh c b
thm mc khng.
b. Quy trnh bo dng:
+ Tra du bi trn vo bn l, then ca, kha. Nhng ch b r st th v sinh sch bng bn
chi st, sau sn bo v chng r;
+ Tm bt l cp nhp trm b h th s dng keo silicon bt kn li;
+ Tng, trn nh nu b mc hoc qu c th phi sn li ton b.
2. Bo dng nh lp ghp:
+ Kim tra ca ra vo v h thng giong cao su lm kn, nu giong cao su b bong ra th
dng keo dn li;
+ Tra du bi trn vo bn l, then ca, kha. Nhng ch b r st th v sinh sch bng bn
chi st, sau sn 2 lp bo v chng r;
+ Kim tra tm bt l cp nhp trm, nu b h th bn keo silicon cho kn;
+ Kim tra vch, trn nh nu b h, ngm nc th bn keo silicon cho kn;
+ Dng sn ng mu sn ph cc vt xc trn vch nh lp ghp;
+ Phi xit cht bu lng vng c nh nh vi mng. Dng ba tn bt u bu lng chng
tho trm, sau bi m chng xy ho.
3. V sinh phng my v khu vc xung quanh trm:
a. V sinh trong phng my:
+ Dng gi mm lau sch bi trn cc vch nh trm, trn nc v v t thit b, trong qu trnh
lau kt hp s dng my ht bi trnh pht tn bi bn;

+ Dng my ht bi ht ht cc bi bn trn sn phng my, sau dng gi lau sch sn
phng my.
b. V sinh tng ngoi v trn trn pha ngoi phng my:
+ S dng chi qut sch bi bn, mng nhn trn tng pha ngoi phng my;
+ Qut dn rc, l cy trn trn nh trm trnh ng nc v nm mc;
+ S dng xng ht sch l cy mn bn trn trn mang xung t;
c. V sinh khu vc xung quanh phng my:
+ S dng cuc v xng dn dp pht quang c mc xung quanh nh trm v li i vo trm;
+ Dng chi qut gn cc rc bi xung quanh nh trm.
+ S dng cuc xng cng c li ng vo nh trm v khu vc xung quanh nh trm
(i vi trng hp b bn, ln).
PHN II. QUY TRNH B XUNG G CHNG XON, CP THP CNG C TRM BTS.
- Trc khi tin hnh b xung b g chng xon tin hnh chp nh ti hin trng c xc
nhn ca chi nhnh tnh.
- Sau khi lp xong b g chng xon tin hnh chp nh ti hin trng c xc nhn ca chi
nhnh tnh.
1. Quy trnh lp b g chng xon.
+ Lp thm b chng xon ti cao trnh ch nh trn bn v thit k;
+ Thay mi cc tng dy co theo thit k (cc tng c b chng xon s dng li tng-,
man);
+ B xung thm cnh bm lin kt vi mc co bt cc tng dy co b xung.
+ Thay mi ton b cc kho cp .
+ Cng li tt c cc tng dy co vi lc cng nh thit k.
2. Quy trnh cn chnh ct anten dy co sau khi lp thm b chng xon.
+ Lp thm vo mi u dy co 03 kho cp khong cch gia cc kho cp t 60mm n
200mm. Vi lc xit bu lng kho cp nh sau:
i vi dy cp 8 v 10: Lc xit 6(kg.m).
i vi dy cp 13.5 v 12: Lc xit 8(kg.m).
+ Sau khi lp cc kho cp tin hnh cng li dy co. Dy co c cng li vi lc cng nh
sau (s dng tensormetre kim tra lc cng):
Dy co 13.5: 650kg 900kg;
Dy co 12: 400kg 500kg;
Dy co 10: 250kg 300kg;
Dy co 8: 200kg 250kg;
+ Cn chnh a ct v trng thi thng ng;
+ Xit kho cp ln 2 m bo kho cp c xit vi lc xit nh thit k;
+ Kim tra li thng ng ca thn ct (nu ct cha thng tin hnh tip tc cn chnh
bng tng-);

+ Lp bin bn hin trng xit kho cp ln 2(c u trn v u di ca dy co). C xc
nhn ca chi nhnh tnh.
+ Tin hnh lm bin bn nghim thu bn giao cho chi nhnh tnh.
