SPECIFIC COI\DITIONS :

1. No new course(s) shall be started or an ongoing course(s)shall be discontinued without the prior approval of

% AICTE.

The intake capacity in any of the approved course(s) shallnot be increased or varied without the prior approval of theAICTE.

Adequate built up area at the approved location as perAJCTE nofins required for conducting second year classesshall be ready before 3 l't December 2002. Allinfrastructural, institutional and other facilities shall beprovided as per the AICTE norms prescribed from time totime.

No. of books, computers & equipments should be as perAICTE Norms.

Teaching and other staff shall be selected according to theprocedure, qualifications, experience and pay. scales asprescribed 'by ArcrE from time to time, and that theyshall be paid full salaries and allowances regularly and intime.

The tuition and other fees shall be charged as prescribedby the State Govemment with in the over all criteria/limitsas may be laid down by the AICTE from time to time.

The State Government policies for admissions of sc/sr,other weaker sections of society etc. shall be followed bythe Institution.

A separate Account in the name of the institution shall bemaintained. The Accounts of the institution shall beaudited by chartered Accountant or any agency autho rizedby the Competent Authority and shail be open forinspection by the AICTE or any body authorizeo by it.

The Institution may be visited by an officer or acommittee of the AICTE or of its Regional office fromtime to time to review the progress made by the Institutionin fulfilling the conditions as laid down by the AICTE.
