License a channel: New licenses
The following procedure is only for new license activation:
If you lose your license due to unforeseen circumstances for firmware versionsbefore A.1 (A.0) you must contact Mettler-Toledo: You will need to provide yourserial number so your license can be restored (do a print screen of yourlicensing procedure and save/print it to a record that you will not lose).
If you lose your license for firmware A.1 (A.0), you have several options as outlinedin the A.0 firmware WebEx. Briefly, some of the options you have include: •Restore your license on the Mettler-Toledo Q.i License page•Obtain a temporary license (trial) 7 day license•You can run on Spill-Only mode
