Qi-Gong practice can strengthen your body by balancing all your vital organs, such as the five organs and the six fu organs. The five organs are the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney. The six fu organs are the gall bladder, large intestine, small intestine, stomach, urinary bladder and sanjiao.
