The Manulife Leadership Masterclass will allow you the chance to explore and develop your personal take on what leadership truly is. This workshop will put your creativity to the test and ask you to doc-ument the culmination of all that you have learned from past leadership experiences and from your participation in the Queen’s Commerce Leadership Summit on film. This is your opportunity to share your opinions and influence your fellow delegates. You call the shots.

To those that want to be heard – How important is it to listen? In ‘The Art of Listening’, Karuna Vida will lead a dynamic discussion for the development of active listening skills. The value of this workshop is twofold. First, you will learn that the ability to listen is integral in the skillset of every leader. And per-haps your greatest takeaway will be a better understanding of how to incorporate active listening into your leadership style.
