A recent Computer Animation with Digital Arts graduate with a 2:1 honours degree from the University of West Scotland (Paisley), looking to secure a career analyst position in 3D Animation/Modeling or Graphical Design to utlise my current analytical skills and knowledge and also help me further develop these skills in a practical and fast-paced environment.

Dealing with new and existing students, helping them pay for University tuition fee, Books, loans, grants and additional support in order for students to prepare and how to obtain maxim financial assistance available.

04/05/15 – 30/06/15. Esure Insurance – Customer Support Agent (Full time) Dealing with new and existing customers on their motor insurance and providing customer paperwork: providing service information, Encouraging more sales. And what they were eligible for on how to obtain maxim financial assistance available.

08/08/14 – 30/04/2015. Sky Webhelp – Sales Advisor Retention(Full time) Worked in a Sky call centre environment, listening to customer’s issues and concerns and helping find a solution that benefits the customer’s and the Sky business. Working in a retention team and achieving targets. Communicating with customers through the phones and working with others.

2007/2013 - Gift World – Sales Assistant(Full/Part time) High street retail outlet for gifts, cards, stationery, household and toys. Responsible for collecting delivery boxes, stacking on shelf, handling cash and anticipating customer needs, given product advice and information – taking in deliveries into warehouse, loading heavy lifting goods and storing in warehouse.

Voluntary experience

2010 – 2013. Events and Organization Volunteer with local mosque. Enabled me to develop skills in communication, motivation, team work and designing posters for promoting the mosque’s upcoming events. Also helped develop Customer Service Skills.
