"Chasing the sun" -- managed the schedule challenges of an agile

environment with a 24x7 workforce. With offshore work, held bothscheduled and "fire-drill" meetings at off-hours as necessary, asearly as 4am, in order to enhance development cycles

Managed and championed a successful content acceleration project(caching). Facilitated cross-organizational team meetings to reviewweb based content. Applied caching best practices, standardizing theuse of cache directives on iPlanet servers and also imbed the propercache directives within web pages to increase the percentage ofcacheable content on browsers. Effort resulted, in reducing page load

Managed a team of 5 _senior level engineers_ which were tasked todefine a new organizational charter (_blue print_) outlining theresponsibilities and structure of the group.
