Project Description:
TELUS is a national telecommunications company in Canada that provides a wide range of telecommunications products and services including internet access, voice, entertainment, healthcare, video, NFL/NHL broadcast and satellite television. Telus is providing services partnering Amdocs with the help of Enterprise Product Catalogue, Amdocs OMS (Order Management System) & Enabler (Amdocs Billing System).
Telus Canada project basically deals with all the E2E Wireline testing activities of Telus Products using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
We are performing SI Testing (Assembly and Product Test) which contains E2E journey from Ordering to Billing for all the products provided by TELUS like Telus TV, Satellite TV, High Speed, CPE, Single Line etc.Various interfaces are used for Testing like for Customer creation - Desktop One and Ordering- Amdocs OMS, Billing - Amdocs Enabler, Bill Presentment along with AMC and CRM.

Responsibilities:
Delivery and Demo of products tested within Agile Timelines of 2 weeks Daily Work Allocation and Monitoring of team members Running Usage, Bill Prep, EOD, EOC, EOM and Confirmation, Bill Presentment. Validating Itemized bills of the customer for Recurring charges, usages like voice, data and television Study of Design documents and requirements for preparing TR's and calendar in QC as per the HLD Creating Test Plan/cases based on calendar highlights in Quality Center Execution of Test cases for New and regression scenarios Participating in Sanity, System Integration, End to End Testing. Defect Tracking, post defect analysis using HP Quality Center/Jira Using Automation framework for data creation and Regression Preparing EOD, Release, Project status reports.
