I NFORMATION FOR APPLICT INTl5 Brief Description of the

Assignment:

BMD serves meteorological information to meet the information needs at

,national and international level. For daily activities of BMD, a good

number of assets have been operating at BMD HQ, its various divisions,

centers, training institute, radar stations, weather stations etc. All these

assets need to track including acquiring asset information, issuing asset toqffiiers, divisions, stations etc., asset inventory, warranty, repair and

maintenance records, and overall management of asset lifecycle'

For this purpose BMD invites EOI whereby requesting the competent

firms to preseht their capabilities to design, dbvelop, implement, operate

and maintain the Web based Online Office Asset Management System

The minimum qualification for firms are having BASIS membership, ISO

9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 14001:2015 certification' company

registration, Up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration certificate, TIN

certifi cate, bank solvency certifi cate, certifi cation of organization etc.

The interested firms may obtain further information from BMD. EOI shall

be submitted in sealed envelope.
