System BlockThe joint system BLOCK is made of elasto-meric EPDM gasket in compliance with UNI EN 681-1, with an excellent chemical resist-ance.The mixture is atoxic and suitable to the potable water contact as regulated in the European decree DM n. 174 dated 06th April 2004.The gasket is provided with reinforced core joint; it is installed during the warm mold-ing of the socket, being therefore firm and impossible to remove.Thanks to this operation, joint can’t go out during the assembly operations.The gasket remains perfectly locked in all the laying operations, even in case of un-comfortable connection conditions of spig-ot / socket.During the installations procedure it’s rec-ommended to check the correct axiality of the pipes and to clean and lubricate the surfaces to be put together (do not use oils of greases). It’s suggested to use manual levers and to avoid any mechanic equip-ments.

Sistema a BattutaIl sistema di giunzione a Battuta esterna è re-alizzato con guarnizione in materiale elasto-merico conforme a EN 681-1. La mescola im-piegata è atossica idonea a venire a contatto con acqua potabile secondo le indicazioni pre-scritte nel DM n. 174 del 06/04/04 e direttive Europee in materia. E’ caratterizzato da una particolare guarnizione elastomerica e da un bicchiere opportunamente sagomato. La cali-brazione del bicchiere consente la realizzazio-ne di diametri interni costanti. Una estremità della guarnizione è dotata di una battuta che, appoggiandosi sulla testa bicchiere, ne assi-cura il corretto posizionamento in sede e la costante verifica nelle fasi di accoppiamento. L’estremità opposta della guarnizione presen-ta un profilo con due labbri separati da una fessura a cuneo che garantiscono la tenuta a tutti i livelli di pressione e depressione. Il montaggio delle guarnizioni è facile e velo-ce, la possibilità di verificare costantemente il corretto posizionamento della guarnizione durante le fasi di accoppiamento rende il si-stema a Battuta esterna pratico e sicuro.

Rabbet Sealing JointThe sealing joint with out-side rabbet is made with an elastomeric gasket in com-pliance with UNI EN 681-1.This system is featured by a particular elastomeric gasket and a shape socket.The socket calibration allows the produc-tion of pipes with permanent internal size. One side of the gasket is equipped of a rabbet that assures the right position on the top of the socket and gives guarantees during assemblage operations.

The opposite side of the gasket is com-posed of two lips separated from a wedge cleft which assures the sealing by all de-pression and pressure levels.The joint installation is quick and easy. The possibility to check the right positions of the gasket during the installation makes the rabbet sealing joint practical and reli-able.

Sistema BlockIl sistema di giunzione Block è realizzato con guarnizione in materiale elastomerico EPDM conforme a EN 681-1, con eccellente resistenza chimica durevole nel tempo. La mescola impiegata è atossica idonea a ve-nire a contatto con acqua potabile secondo le indicazioni prescritte nel DM n. 174 del 06/04/04 e direttive Europee in materia. La particolare guarnizione rinforzata con un apposito anello rigido è inserita a caldo in fase di formazione del bicchiere, risultan-do quindi solidale con il bicchiere stesso ed inamovibile. Sono così evitate le indeside-rate fuoriuscite della guarnizione dalla sede durante le operazioni di accoppiamento del giunto. La guarnizione resta perfettamente posizionata in tutte le fasi della posa anche in caso di accoppiamenti codolo/bicchiere effettuati in condizioni disagiate. Durante le operazioni di montaggio si raccomanda tuttavia di curare il mantenimento dell’as-sialità tra i due tubi previa pulizia e lubri-ficazione delle superfici da accoppiare (non usare oli o grassi). E’ consigliato l’uso di leve manuali evitando l’utilizzo di mezzi meccanici
