Introduction

The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) was incorporated in 1969, and represents Florida’s 68 County Clerks and Comptrollers.FCCC provides continuing education and technical assistance, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clerks’ offices to better serve the citizens and State of Florida.FCCC is governed by a member board of Clerks and a five-member executive committee.FCCC uses a committee system, comprised of Clerks. These committees include strategic planning, Clerk operations, continuing education and technology.

Florida Courts E-Filing Authority

The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority Board was created pursuant to legislative directive to provide oversight to the development, implementation and operation of a statewide portal designed to process the filing of court documents.The Board of Directors of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority consists of eight Circuit Court Clerks and the Clerk of the Supreme Court.The Authority provides governance for the state’s e-filing court records portal, found at www.myflcourtaccess.com.
