“ Ringorang is a cloud-based system for developing, delivering, assessing and reporting engagement and learning retention. The system guides you through formatting new or existing content, then delivers it in bite-size pieces to your users, ensuring that they revisit your content over and over again. “Challenges” are presented to your users, fully customized and branded to your business. They are scheduled typically in a series of multiple Challenges, leading to a pre-determined learning and engagement goal. The system advises you on how to incorporate prizes, and then delivers them throughout each light, social competition. Users download the app to approved devices – mobile or PC – and enter an Invite Code which enrolls users in your branded environment. At a scheduled frequency, typically 3 – 6 times per day, users are alerted at seemingly random times and invited to answer a multiple choice question. This occurs simultaneously for all Users. A ticking clock keeps each engagement brief and competitive. Users win points depending on speed and accuracy.

“ Users who are able to take the question when delivered live – in “group” mode – are engaged in a sequence that includes a Clue, Question, Answer options, an Insight and an option to click “Learn More” which brings up a customizable web page in the app that further expands on the subject matter. The Learn More button can also direct the user to an external webpage to read more, watch a video or download a document. Before and after Challenges, users may receive branded emails that tell them what is to come in the next Challenge, and what were the results of the prior Challenge. Winners, prizes and new content are revealed. And during the Challenges, users receive Flash Messages in the app – similar to text messages – that drive users to take actions and keep up with the Challenge. The net effect is an enjoyable, socialized learning experience that inspires light competition, and requires no time to be stolen from the users’ daily routine.
