What Is The: SITFU Challenge Session

• Suck It The F Up (SITFU) Sessions– Pain and suffering are inevitable when it comes to

achieving the mental toughness required to overcome life’s most difficult challenges. Sometimes when the going gets tough, you have two choices. One, quit. Two, just Sucking It The F Up and doing it! We choose to SITFU because we know pain and suffering is inevitable, but being miserable in life is a choice.

– Focused primarily on the athletes, military service members (active/veterans) and first responders (police/fire/medical).• A guided fitness program that allows the teammate to utilize the

set plan at their pace. • A challenge session that requires a above average fitness level.• Each session is approximately 30-45minutes in length

What Is The: AAM Challenge Session• The Ability Advancement Method (AAM) is a system that enables

teammates of all fitness levels to participate in an individual or group challenge session.

• There are four levels to the AAM. – Basic (White) – Intermediate (Blue)– Advance (Red)– Xtreme (Black).

• Each level is associated with a colored Raiderband (achievement reward program).

• We have identified 4 variations of the same exercise in order to accommodate for our teammates fitness capabilities. – This allows for an FST to provide our teammates the ability to work on

the same muscle groups at 4 different fitness levels. – Now we can train together without potential injury or lack of

challenge. Every teammate trains at their ability level.

What Is A Raiderband

• Teammates are rewarded for achieving a certain ability level of the Ability Advancement Method.

• Raiderbands are athletic colored rubber bracelets.• Each level is associated with a colored Raiderband. They are

similar to the martial arts belts. • Raiderbands are earned only after a teammate has

demonstrated mastery of each specific level. • All Raiderfit Teammates start at the white Raiderband level. • Raiderband Promotion Program– A teammate must be part of a Raiderfit Team for 30 days. – Take a Raiderfit Fitness Test. Provided on the 1st and last

Challenge Sessions.– Meet the minimum number of SELFLESS acts for the 30 days for

the current Raiderband level.

All Teammates Start At The Basic Level

• Why do we start everyone at the white Raiderband level when they are physically capable of a higher level exercises?

>>>We believe in teamwork and leading by example. We believe that everyone who joins the Raiderfit Team must know each and every movement that their teammates will execute.

>>>Raiderbands are not only about physical fitness. The represent progression through our Mind, Body, and Spirit approach to our lifestyle.

that the door keeper provided you (information, coordination, and customer service). Attach the Raiderfit Information presentation with that email. Our goal is to secure that location before you execute the meet up.

What You Must Believe Before The Meeting

• Mindset– You OWN the meeting. You are fully armed and they

are not.– Prior to entering the meeting, you must BELIEVE that

you know MORE about fitness than they do. You must walk in and display Audacity, Audacity, Audacity.

How To Run A AAM Challenge Session

For Groups

Execution Guide

Why We Use The Team Concept

• Having teammates assist other (newer) teammates greatly frees the FST up to focus on the entire group.

• We place all teammates into a team.• A Raiderfit Team can be from 2-14 teammates• Each team has a team leader that the FST designates. Choose a team

leader that is going to be most helpful to you (a true believer in the system) and has been with the program for a while.

• Each teammate of that team pushes and motivates each other while at the station. They also take couple seconds to demonstrate the movements to the new teammates to help them out. This allows the FST to focus on the group and not the individual (time management).

• What is it? We are training our teammates to run the challenge sessions while we manage it. We get a sense of a buy in from the teammates because they have responsible for their teammates success.

General Timeline For Execution• Arrive 30 minutes early

– Walk the lot and look for debris/trash/hazardous materials– Set up the AAM stations– Talk to potential teammates that are walking by (hand out cards)– Assign teams/teammates to AAM stations– Introduce new teammates to their assigned teamleaders (this should have already been done through email)

• Teammates arrive– Mingle– Walk the AAM Stations for familiarity– Get to their assigned AAM stations

• 1 Hour: Execute the AAM SITFU Challenge Session– 5 Min Raiderfit Dynamic Warm Up – 30 Min AAM SITFU Challenge (3 Rds of 10 Stations)– 10 Min Raiderfit Yoga Cool Down Stretch

• Stay 30 minutes after AAM SITFU Challenge Session– Clean up– Socialize– Take pictures– Talk to potential teammates that are walking by (hand out cards)
