Puritan Cleaners is a premier dry cleaning and laundry institute which was lacking an effective way to keep in contact with their current customer base as well as drawing in new clientele. They were looking for a way to capture new e-mail contacts and build awareness through social media.

Build a campaign that would optimize growth among the younger Richmond community. “Free Pants Wednesday” was created allowing customers to clean one pair of pants for free on a Wednesday. This campaign was broadcasted through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, creative videos and other local sites.
