Simple Indulgence Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend Muffins 1 package Simple Indulgence Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix 2 / 3 cup reduced fat (2%) milk, or buttermilk 1 / 3 cup canola oil 2 large eggs 6-oz./175 g container plain Greek yogurt • Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C. • Place all crumble ingredients into base of Power Chef™ System fitted with blade attachment, cover and pull cord 6–10 times until nuts are roughly chopped and ingredients are mixed. • Spread out onto UltraPro 5-cup/1.2 L cover (of UltraPro Lasagna Pan or Roasting Pan) and bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. • Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C. • Place all crumble ingredients into base of Power Chef™ System fitted with blade attachment, cover and pull cord 6–10 times until nuts are roughly chopped and ingredients are mixed. • Spread out onto UltraPro 5-cup/1.2 L cover (of UltraPro Lasagna Pan or Roasting Pan) and bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. • Raise oven temperature to 400° F/200° C. • Measure milk and oil into Quick Shake ® container, add eggs and yogurt, secure seal and shake to blend. Pour into a medium bowl. Pour package of Simple Indulgence Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix Blend over liquid mixture, and stir using a Saucy Silicone Spatula until all ingredients are well combined and batter achieves a smooth consistency. Do not over-mix as this will toughen the muf- fins. Spray cupcake pan with non-stick spray or line with cupcake liners. • Divide batter into 12 cupcakes. Top each muffin with 1 tbsp. Cinnamon Oat Crumbles. Bake 15–18 minutes. • Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.
