Manual-medical diagnosis and treatmentManual medicine covers the area of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and espe-cially of the spinal column, diagnosing and treating these in the form of mobilisation and possibly manipulation. The fi ndings of the manual examination form the basis of focused treatment invol-ving various physical and physiotherapeutic measures, resulting in guests regaining the ability to move without pain.

Spineliner diagnosis and treatment per treatment € 40

With the Spineliner, using oscillating impulse technology we can diagnose and treat functional disorders of the support and locomotor system, especially in the area of the spinal column. A short, rapid impulse is delivered to the structure to be treated, which penetrates the underlying tissue and causes the treatment area to oscillate. In therapy mode series of impulses are delivered, which are coordinated with the structure being treated in terms of their frequency and intensity.

The purpose of this therapy is to rectify the motor impair-ment and thus achieve a harmonisation of movement sequences.

After a comprehensive initial discussion and an integrated anamnesis by our experienced physio-therapist, an individual treatment plan is prepared and discussed with the guest, followed by the initial treatment.

Following an integrated anamnesis by our experienced physiotherapist, an individual treatment plan is prepared and discussed with you. Goals are set. Depending on the length of your stay and the focus of the treatment, this will be in the area of either physiotherapy or sports physiotherapy.

Therapeutic gymnastics (individual) approx. 25 min € 38

Our experienced therapists work both actively and passively with concepts from exercise therapy and manual techniques to correct painful and damaged motion sequences. An important objective is to provide help with self-help and activate our guests’ own initiative. Help here comes from an individually designed home programme with gymnastic exercises and tips on sporting activities.

Underwater gymnastics approx. 25 min € 38

Through the buoyancy of the water, guests are offered an exercise option which provides relief and is painless. The benefi cial warmth of the water makes the movements feel pleasant. Depending on the intensity of the movements, either muscle relaxation or strengthening can be achieved. A further effect is training of the cardiovascular system.

HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY ADVICE approx. 50 min € 69

The health psychology advice comprises a comprehensive diagnosis, advice and specifi c measures. The diagnosis targets individual aspects of health behaviour, health-related risk behaviour and dea-ling with stress, plus other important factors. Following this we will provide you with knowledge and information about your health behaviour and about behaviour patterns which can support your health. A catalogue of measures will be compiled for you.

INFORMATION AND ADVICEOur health and beauty experts in the Vitality Oasis will be pleased to assist you in drawing up your customised wellness programme and are available for questions and advice at all times. Information sessions with a guided tour of the spa facilities are available on a weekly basis. Please make sure to provide our staff with any additional health information (e.g. pregnancy). If you have special requests regarding the inten-sity of your massage treatment, please inform your massage therapists directly.

WHAT TO WEARWe recommend that guests wear a bathrobe for massage, pack and bath treatments. Swimwear is required in the pool area. Please note that the sauna is a nudist area.

PREPARATIONPlease ensure that you arrive at your appoint-ment with plenty of time to spare. A warm sho-wer, sauna or steam bath will help you relax and prepare your skin for the treatment to follow as well as helping massage oils and active ingre-dients to better penetrate the skin. We recom-

mend that our male guests shave one to two hours prior to a facial treatment. Please avoid rich meals and alcoholic drinks pri-or to your treatment. REST/RELAXATION AND FLUID INTAKEMake sure you get plenty of rest after your tre-atment and drink plenty of herbal tea, water or juice from our Vitalbar. Also help yourself to light snacks such as fruit, vegetables or nuts.

PLEASE NOTEPlease follow the basic rules of SPA etiquette and the recommendations listed above. The sauna area is considered a rest area and is re-served for adult use. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna area and rest area. Children may use the pool from 7:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. every day when accompanied by an adult. Please switch off your mobile pho-ne in the rest areas. Due to the risk of injury, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the fi tness area. Please be careful on the slip-pery fl oors in the spa area. Please note that you use the waterslide at your own risk. We are un-able to assume any liability.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation policy: We take pride in preparing thoroughly for all booked appointments. For this reason, please note that we will invoice tre-atments that have not been cancelled in time. If you fail to cancel your treatment 24 hours prior to the start of the treatment, we will have to invoice you for the full amount.
