Terms & Conditions

Independent Business Operator (IBO) Free Registration: All registrations are free of cost and the cooling off period will be 4 weeks or till the date of activation, whichever is earlier. After 4 week the BVaccumulated on both sides will be flushed of if not activated.

Business Volume (BV): The points allocated to each product for calculation of commissions. The (BV) will differ from product to product at the sole discretion of the company. Generally, the BV is notchanged unless there is a compulsory tax levied by the Govt. of India or change in production cost.

Associate IBO: When you complete your first purchase, you are awarded the rank of an associate for a life time.

Active: Must have complete first purchase/ Re-Purchase in a span 4 weeks to receive any eligible commissions or to carry forward the volumes if any. Eg: If you have completed your first purchase or done a re-purchase in a week, that week will be counted as current week and the following 4 weeks will be counted as ACTIVE status.

Re-purchase Holiday: When you complete your first purchase, you will be given W+11 weeks as a grace time to do your first repurchase. After completion of your first re-purchase you will beconsidered as Active for the next 4 weeks

PUGOS Calender Week means: Saturday 120:01 Hrs to Friday 23:59 Hrs

Eligible: The Independent Business Operator (IBO) must full fill all the requirements of Compensation Plan to qualify for commissions, bonuses, rebates and/or advancements and the IBO associate referred in each team (at least one IBO) Left team and Right team must complete their first product purchase. Independent Business Operator is entitled to earn bonuses and other awards as per the Compensation Plan only in respect of legitimate

Carry Forward of BV: The Power leg carry forward will be for lifetime, however the maximum carry forward volume per week will be 60,00,000 BV. The max BV calculated per ID per week is 50,000 BV.

Please Note: You must be active, eligible and must have the required volume in your lesser leg as required by the Rank

Leadership Bonus(LB): The amount of leadership bonus you may earn is unlimited and totally depends on your efforts. You must maintain the rank of Executive or above to earn the leadership bonus. The 3 IBOs' whom you have referred and registered for FREE (1 in left, 1 in right and 1 in left/right teams) must complete their first purchase of product.

Two To Tango: The total leadership bonus earned by your first IBO's in your left team and right team is paid to you as TTT bonus. In case the IBO referred by you does not complete the first purchase his/her IBO ID will be deactivated and the leadership bonus earned by the next IBO's will NOT be considered for your TTT bonus. You must maintain the rank of Executive to earn the TTT

Group Mentoring Match Bonus (GMMB): You must be active , Eligible & Qualified in the current week.

Chairman Club: Travel Bonus, Car Bonus, Home Bonus, National Fund & Global Fund bonus is considered in Chairman Club. Chairman Club bonus is calculated and disbursed weekly only for a member who has achieved or maintained the rank on the calculated week and must receive GVMB bonus according to their rank in the current week. Till the launch time all this funds are given as bonus weekly.Pay-out & Pay-out Cycle: All the eligible commissions will be transferred into the e-wallet. If the balance of the e-wallet is more than Rs.300/- and if the ID of the IBO is verified with all the KYCdocuments, then only pay-out will be sent into the registered bank account. If your total commission is less than Rs.300/- for the week, or if the IBO ID is not verified, the commissions will be held in the e-wallet account and the IBO ID will be held for a period of 45 days, post which the IBO ID will be disqualified and terminated from the system. The total sales commission earned by all Independent Business Operators (IBO) in respect of legitimate sales of Company Products shall not exceed 50% of the Company Business Volume in a week period. If the compensation plan is paying out more than 50%. The top 60% of earning distributors commissions will be capped on a pro-rated basis to bring the compensation plan to a maximum 50% pay-out Independent Business Operator is entitled to earn net bonus weekly as per the Compensation Plan after deduction of TDS. Payout is made on the Monday every week. (If any Monday is a bank holiday, then the payout will be processed on the next working day of the bank.)
