Public School Facilities Element became effective on October 3, 2008
Amendments to Unified Land Development Code Required
Public School Facilities Element Policy 2.1.2 requires amending land development regulations to include provisions for public school concurrency management.
Updated Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning, Section 8.2.1 requires local governments to adopt land development regulations consistent with its comprehensive plan, Florida Statues and the Interlocal Agreement.
