every Central Ministries their Departments and Central Public Sector Undertakings has to purchase minimum 20 of their Annual procurement from MSEs out of 20 sub target of 20 (ie 4 out of 20) shall be earmark for procurement fr6m MSEs owned by SCST Entrepreneurs
