PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF REGULAR SCHOOL ELECTION Notice is hereby given that an election, being the Regular School Election of the Calamus-Wheatland Community School District, in the Counties of Clinton and Scott, State of Iowa, has been called and ordered to be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015, to elect one (1) Director-At-Large for a term of four (4) years, one (1) Director for Director District 3 for a term of four (4) years, and one (1) Director for Director District 4 for a term of four (4) years. Only those electors residing in a specific Director District are eligible to vote for the candidate for that Director District. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the evening of the same day. Voters are reminded of the requirements of voter registration. A Clinton and Scott County registered voter may change his/her address on election day, and a person may change their name on election day. Voters are reminded if they have moved, they must vote in their new precinct. It will be necessary for a voter to produce color photo identification at the new precinct to change their address. As per 48A.7A – a person who is eligible to register to vote may register on election day by appearing in person at the polling place for the precinct in which the individual resides and completing a voter registration application, making written oath, and providing proof of identity and residence. The Voting Center location will be at: Wheatland City Hall – 205 Jefferson St E, Wheatland Absentee and special voter ballots will be counted at the Clinton County Administration Building, 1900 N 3 rd Street, Clinton. Voting equipment will be used at the election and the ballot is substantially as printed. PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF REGULAR SCHOOL ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that an election, being the Regular School Election of the Northeast Community School District, in the County of Clinton, State of Iowa, has been called and ordered to be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015, to elect three (3) Directors-At-Large for a term of four (4) years.

Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the evening of the same day. Voters are reminded of the requirements of voter registration. A Clinton County registered voter may change his/her address on election day, and a person may change their name on election day. Voters are reminded if they have moved, they must vote in their new precinct. It will be necessary for a voter to produce color photo identification at the new precinct to change their address. As per 48A.7A – a person who is eligible to register to vote may register on election day by appearing in person at the polling place for the precinct in which the individual resides and completing a voter registration application, making written oath, and providing proof of identity and residence.
