STATE Requirements
Texas Education Code 39.053 requires each district to:
• Publish an annual report based on the Academic Excellence Indicator System Report
• Hold a hearing for discussion of the report, and
• Widely disseminate the report within the district.

– College Ready Graduates (Class of 2010) =51% scoring at or above criteria on ELA & Math– Texas Success Initiative (TSI) ELA 74% of students retested passed TAKS ELA– Commended on Social Studies = 46% students passing TAKS scored Commended Performance– Attendance (2009-2010) = 96.1% attendance exceeds state rate standard of 95%
