What is Dye Sublimation?

Dye Sublimation is the method of applying an image to specially-coated ceramics, metals, and even polyester cloth by using sublimation ink, heat, and pressure. There is NO other process where you can have a photograph look more realistic on these types of products.

Digital cameras and the innovations within the expanding Digital Photo market, people are taking better and better pictures. Sublimation imprints show off their perfect clarity, with vibrant, true colors. Our sublimation imprints look exceptional like the quality of the original photo taken.

A Sublimation product:

Minimum Orders, Samples, Setup Fees, & Digital FormatsMugs, water bottles, and plates have a 1 CASE minimum quantity for imprint orders. Other items may have case minimums, at the sole discretion of your sales representative, as our minimums for small items are for shipping concerns only.The Setup charge is not listed and will be quoted upon receipt of artwork and ranges from $75-$150 per image. A pre-production sample is included with the setup fee and a virtual proof. Repeat orders, with no changes in artwork, will not be charged a setup fee again within one year of initial setup charge, as we regularly prune old artwork.The image has to be in a digital format, preferably JPG, but all formats are supported here. We recommend high quality, high resolution images with 300 dpi! HIGH RESOLUTION = HIGH QUALITY RESULTS.
