PT Bakrieland Development Tbk is a public listed company (code: ELTY)
engaged in property development and related operations.
The Company was established in 1990 and currently has three strategic
business units with more than 30 subsidiaries underneath and ± 2500 talented
professionals.
The Company’s projects are spread out throughout Jakarta, Bogor, Yogyakarta,
Lampung, Surabaya, Bali, and Kalimantan. The projects consist of
superblocks, apartments, offices, malls, landed residential, hotels &
resorts, as well as theme parks which are all located in prime areas.
In Q12014, the company recorded revenues of Rp 664.7 billion and has total
assets in excess of Rp 12.2 Trillion. Over the past five years, Bakrieland has
achieved solid financial performance, characterized by a positive average
sales growth of 26%
