Three Sections

For each of these we look at the point they are making, the evidence and the evaluation.
Models of addictive behaviour
For each of the models that are on the left hand side we look at them in three stages in relation to addictive behaviour. That is the initiation, the maintenance and the relapse. We use the examples of Smoking and Gambling for each of them.

Vulnerability to addictive behaviour
The first part is the risk factors that make someone vulnerable to an addictive behaviour. These are:
Stress, peers, personality and age
The second part is Media influences
Reducing addictive behaviour
The first part is the Theory of Planned Behaviour
The second part is Interventions for reducing addictive behaviour. These are:
