THOUGHTSThe real power of PSN happens at theschool level. The immediate feedbackfrom our principals always strikes mewith a tone of passion and drive toimplement the takeaways from theday’s learning. I know we are having animpact when additional feedback comesmonths later with appreciation forlearning opportunities that buildcollaboration and strengthens theirprofessional skills. Our principals are theinstructional leaders of their schools andtheir learning never stops through PSN.

Elizabeth Dotts Fleming, Executive Director, The Schools Foundation

The PSN program is an outstanding onefor principals. It allows them to networkwith other principals from across NorthAlabama and provides for them anopportunity to hear internationallyacclaimed educational speakers.

Judy Berry, Ed.D,Superintendent,Scottsboro City Schools

This year, PSN really came into its own.It started earlier in the year than everbefore and with an aggressive plan ofaction. The quality of the presenters waseven better than before, and ourprincipals that attended definitelycarried back with them a sense ofincreased professionalism and purpose.I'm so proud of the work of The SchoolsFoundation and PSN in particular. It's astrategic game-changer for education inNorth Alabama.

As an industry participant and Dynetics host of PSN these past three years, I havelearned so much through my interactions with the principals and other local and national education leaders ... I continue to admire the energy and high degree of learning and open dialog that takes place each meeting.
