Vivek Padmanabhan Vivek Padmanabhan is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding PSG, Vivek was Senior Vice President for Global Shared Services at eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. In this role, he managed the majority of eTelecare's operational support groups, including Recruiting, Training, Quality and Workforce Management. Vivek has had extensive experience in international business, having operated in North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently, he spent 18 months operating on the ground in the Philippines, during which period eTelecare grew by over 65%. He joined eTelecare by way of McKinsey and Company, where he was based out of the Munich and Berlin offices, and worked across a number of industries including IT, automotive and private equity.     Brian Cotter

    Brian Cotter is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding PSG, he was Vice President of Operations eTelecare Global Solutions. In this role, he managed a $60M division with 1,500 onshore and offshore employees.

    joined eTelecare from Bain & Company, where he worked as a Senior Consultant for clients across a range of industr

    including technology and financial services. Additionally, he worked for Bains Private Equity Group, advising priv

    equity investors on acquisition candidates in a variety of serv

    industries, including the staffing industry.

    Earlier in his career Brian was a trader at Fidelity Investments, where

    was the lead trader for one of Fidelitys fixed income trading desks.

    holds a BS from Bryant College, where he graduated Magna Cum Lau

    and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvanias Wharton Schwhere he was a double major in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

    Jim Franke

    Jim Franke is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding P

    Jim was Founder and President of eTelecare Global Solutions, where

    grew the company from inception to over $200M in revenues in se

    years, culminating with an IPO in 2007. Under Jims leaders

    eTelecare became a leading partner for companies such as Ameri

    Job Description:

    This position is directly responsible for the delivery of

    offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the

    US & Canada.

    Senior Recruiters interview candidates from the United

    States for positions based in the United States. The role

    also includes client management, industry research,

    sourcing & profiling of candidates, and candidate

    assessment.

    It will also cover different tasks in the areas of active and

    passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate - employer

    scheduling & coordination, and ongoing candidate

    engagement.

    Senior Recruiters enjoy a fixed schedule, weekends off,

    and rewarding relations with clients and job applicants.

    *Note: While the role does involve the use of the internetand telephones as communication tools, as well as working
