Ledger with “Gravity Lock”Fast, simple and safe

The gravity lock allows easy and safe assembly.

When inserting the wedge head into the connector, the wedge drops through the force of gravity into the hole and locks.

The wide contact point of the ledger, on the connector, results in a “knee-brace” type connection, which optimises the load bearing capacity of the system.

The rectangular, light-weight shape of the ledger, allows the operative to comfortably carry up to 4 pieces at the same time.

This same profile of the ledger prevents the assembly of tubes and couplers to parts not suitable.

The ledger can be easily in-stalled from a safe position. The wedge drops by gravity and secures automatically.

Gravity lock, the self-secur-ing ledger connection, rigidly connects the ledger to the connector.

PS100 Ledger allows multiple braces for high-load conditions.

Additional holes in PS100 Ledgers allow the installation of double parallel braces depending on load requirements.

PS100 Rosette Connector:

It combines a base standard, spigot and nodal connecting ring, all into one piece.

As a base standard

It is directly installed on the PS100 Spindle which allows simple setting out by one person.

As a spigot

It facilitates the connection of vertical standards, end on end, transferring the full load from top to base.

As a node

■ Circular holes are designed for brace connection to the rosette.

■ Also, the wide contact point of the ledgers optimize the load bearing capacity with a “knee-brace” type connection.

System upgradedAccelerated working operations

The PS100 Spindle optimizes the installation process.

■ Permissible extension up to 750mm ■ Compatible as both top and bottom spindle ■ Doubled thread with wider angle for better striking distance

per 360º rotation ■ Brace connections to fix bracing for high load with long

extensions ■ Unique centering tube, which eliminates any possibility of

eccentric load passing from the standard into the spindle ■ Easy handling and fixing

Diagonal (telescopic) is connected to the Spindle at high-load requirement.

The spindle also serves as a top spindle, when paired with the 90mm forkhead

All corners are chamfered with multiple holes for ground fixing.
