PRVVC NOMINATING COMMITTEE 2009 ELECTION PROCESS FOR CHAPTER OFFICERS

PRVVC Professional RV Vendors Chapter

The PRVVC Nominating Committee is initiating procedures to facilitate the election of Chapter Officers in 2010. We are now seeking members who are interested in having their name placed in nomination for any of the offices listed below. Two year offices open for nomination include: President Treasurer VP Eastern Area VP South Central Area VP North East Area VP Great Lakes Area VP Western Area VP Rocky Mountain Area VP International Area National Director Alternate National Director In order to maintain the level of benefits provided by the Chapter, and to expand on these benefits, it is requested that you seriously consider participating as an officer. Officers are asked to attend Executive Board meetings at various rallies throughout the year, as well as general membership meetings. It is understood, due to the membership being represented from coast to coast that not all officers will be available to attend all meetings. Communication will take place by telephone and email so that all officers are kept informed of chapter actions. Members may hold no more than two (2) offices. Candidates must be Chapter members in good standing and must have a Family Membership in good standing with FMCA. If you are interested in running for office, please complete the PRVVC

Nomination Form attached and return it to the Nominating Committee Chairperson listed on the form by April 1, 2010. Nominations may also be taken from the floor at the General Membership Meeting during the Perry FMCA International Convention. Nomination forms may be delivered in person, by email or by USPS. Ballots will be mailed to the general membership on May 1, 2010, and must be returned to the Ballot Chairperson by June 1, 2010. A stamped, addressed return envelope will be provided for ballot return. Election results will be reported in July at the PRVVC General Membership Meeting at the FMCA International Convention in REDMOND, OREGON Timeline: Officer Nomination Forms Due to Chairperson: April 1, 2010 Election Ballots Mailed to General Membership: May 1, 2010 Ballots Due to Ballot Chairperson: June 1, 2010 Election Results Announced: July 20, 2010 Thank you for your participation.
