    A  description of the activities/processes at the site for the reporting year. This should include information such as production increases or decreases on site, any infrastructural changes, environmental performance  which was measured during the reporting year  and an overview of compliance with your licence listing  all  exceedances of licence limits (where applicable) and what they relate to  e.g. air, water, noise.

    During 2015 Phillips 66 Whitegate Refinery refined 3366318 tonnes of crude oils imported from the North Sea , North and West Africa and Canada.` This represents a 20.8% increase on the volume of crude throughput in 2014. Increased production level is explained by 2014 being a turnaround year, when all refinery processing units were shut down for 6 weeks to facilitate inspection, replacement or repair of equipment.  Also, in 2014  

    environmental benefit  projects, 1250 meters of large bore (12 & 16") pipeline was rebuilt and 1 large hydrocarbon storage tank was destructed and rebuilt.   In addition to crude oil imports 24,834 tonnes of 

    renewables, in the form of ethanol, used cooking oils and tallow, were bought in for addition to road transport fuels (petrol & diesel) sold.   In 2015 there were no permit excedances at the refinery but an agency audit 

    concluded that there was a permit non‐conformance related to available bunding.
