Benefits: Course Mark Integration

• Avoid impacts to funding and students (reduced or no additional credits awarded):

• Warning if student enrolled in a course already taken

• School warned if offering unauthorized course

• School warned if offering course at the wrong credit level

• Improve data quality through out the year

• Spend less time approving course marks at term end

Recap • myPass offers benefits to all high school

students (Grades 10-12). We encourage schools to sign up students! A personal email address is best as a school email may be disconnected when the student graduates.

• Students with evaluated marks must arrange to submit a transcript from originating organization to post-secondary institutions

• Guidance counsellors and students will benefit from the credentialing progress summary available within myPass and PASIprep

• DAR is to be used by a High School or the student only, not externally

• Schools will be able to see diploma exam registrations for both enrolled students and those not associated

• Course enrolment and course mark SIS integration will improve data quality
