Nationally accredited, we provide programs at 26 sites and in 18 cities. Our work includes: Residential Treatment Services, Homeless Youth Services and Youth and Family Services.

Street Outreach and Drop-In Programs We provide crisis intervention, counseling, case management and wraparound services to homeless youth in East and North King County.

Emergency SheltersWe operate the only youth shelters on the Eastside, providing safe temporary living alternatives to young people who are homeless or dealing with a family crisis.

• Youth Haven for youth under 18• The Landing for young adults ages 18 – 24

New Ground Transitional HousingMultiple sites, located in both King and Snohomish county, offer safe housing, counseling and life skills for young adults, pregnant and parenting mothers, and families.

Supportive Housing

We provide subsidized apartments and case management for young adults ready for more independent housing.

Our Youth and Family Services are provided in the Riverview, Issaquah and Snoqualmie Valley School District communities.

Parenting SupportWe provide classes for parents of young children, youth and adolescents, giving them tools to develop strong and healthy families.

Friends of Youth Healthy StartHome visitors provide support services to parents or individuals who are pregnant or parenting children ages zero to five in our Youth and Family Services area.

Substance Abuse TreatmentOur services are focused on five areas for youth: prevention, assessment, early intervention, outpatient treatment services, and co-occurring disorders.

Mental Health CounselingWe provide counseling to youth and their families as well as in-school support for youth.

PreventionWe work closely with school staff to promote resiliency and reduce alcohol and drug risk factors for youth.

Griffin HomeAt Griffin Home, we provide three intensive residential treatment houses for boys ages 12 – 18.

Services include:

• Individual, group and family therapy• Substance abuse support• Life skills training• Academic and educational services• Case management• Medication management

Therapeutic Foster CareTherapeutic Foster Care addresses the physical, emotional and social needs of children and youth in a supportive family setting. Foster parents are trained and supported to help children reach their therapeutic goals and prepare for adulthood.

Extended Foster CareOur New Roads program serves young men ages 17 – 21 with education, life skills, employment and housing.
