2005 年 8 月，水利部确定桂林市为全国第一个水生态系统保护和修复试点，工程建设计划投资 100.11 亿元 , 至 2010 年，项目经费 81.27亿元，主要用于生态水库、防污治污、环城水系生态修复等项目建设 . 1 、桂林市建立完善水资源监测体系和漓江水质监测网络。 1)To establish a perfect guilin lijiang river water resources monitoring system and water quality monitoring network.

2 、开工建设小溶江、川江、斧子口三座生态水库。 2)To carry out water conservancy project,including Xianrongjing jiang river, Chuanjing river and Fuzikou river , the objective is to be ecological reservoirs. .

3 、开展全境防污治污，城区污水集中处理率达 90.4%, 漓江主要河段水质达到Ⅱ类标准 . 2010 年，桂林四座污水处理厂总设计污水处理能力 28.5 万立方米 / 日，污水处理率达到80% 。

In 2010, guilin four seats sewage treatment plant total design sewage treatment capacity of 285000 cubic meters/day, sewage treatment rate reached 80%.

4 、开展了市区湖泊生态修复，实施了“两江四湖”水生态修复与水环境治理工程、訾洲岛生态整治工程，实施漓江生态护岸工程、市区内河湖综合整治工程。 4) In the urban lakes ecological restoration, implement the "two rivers and four lakes" water ecological restoration and water environment treatment project, ZiZhou island ecological regulation project, the implementation of the lijiang river ecological protection project, the comprehensive improvement of the urban district of engineering

5 、开展了漓江生物多样性保护，猫儿山自然保护区、城市水务实时监控系统建设、桂林会仙湿地保护，漓江鱼类产卵场及鱼类生境保护等工作。 5)Carry out the biological diversity protection in Lijiang river, had collected form miaoershan mountain natural reserve, city water real-time monitoring system, Guilin Huixian wetland protection, the lijiang river fish and fish habitat protection etc.

说明：从研究鱼类生长生存环境与栖息地保护的角度看，与鱼类有关的典型环境因子除了水文情势以及生化指标外，环境噪声、场地光照、振动、水体温度等对其避藏形为具有显著的影响 .Raw result： In addition to hydrological regime and biochemical index, Typical environment factor such as noise, light rays, vibration, temperature have significant influence on the scare- to-hide behaviors for fishes.
