A fast return on your investmentThe system pays for itself immediately because knowing the weight of the load when you travel means optimizing transport times and economic yield in complete safety.
Easy to read displayThe control unit of the LANX HD system is directly installed in the driver’s cab and displays the weight loaded on-board in real time. It allows a reading axle by axle, net and gross or partial.
Concise reporting dataTrips are automatically memorized without the requirement for operator intervention. The internal database allows display of reports for each round trip, including material, operator or destination, date, time and weight data, as well as daily, weekly and monthly reports with individual and overall totals for all loads transported. Weighing data and individual reports can be transmitted via GPRS or printed. The USB reader connects with the LANX HD system allows to save the weights made through a USB Flash Drive device.

1 LANX HD displays all data during the loading process with an easy to read display and without having the need to push any keys.
2 LANX HD uses; ES160 or ES400, digital pressure sensors dependant on vehicle size. The sensors are positioned on each of the vehicle’s suspension struts. All carry an IP 65 rating.

Hydropneumatic Suspensions
The digital sensors, which are installed on the suspensions, record the pressure variation due to the weight loaded on the vehicle, by sending data to the LANX unit located in the cab. Sensors have a high IP65 protection level stopping high levels of dust and are pressure washer safe.
