COMPANY PHILOSOPHY AND POLICYTaking advantage of the globalisation of the markets, PROTECNOS has developed an

entrepreneurial project that enhances the advanced technological knowledge found in Europe, together with the low production costs from emergent economies. This has allowed us to develop a wide range of Thermoplastic Injection machines with an optimal quality/ price/ performance relation.

Our previous strategy, together with a clear commitment to R&D&I, has not only positioned us as revered provider in the Spanish market, our county of origin, but also enables us to offer a competitive product portfolio in any other country worldwide.

To support our company philosophy, one of our main goals is to achieve a high degree of quality products and customer service. This is imprinted in our own company policies. This involves having a permanent eye on the technological sector and also to constantly review and select the providers that stand out for being more technologically and economically efficient.

The after-sales Technical Support Service, in the countries where we operate, ensures the optimal product maintenance complying with our strict Guarantee Service offered to our customer base.

Ten years ago PROTECNOS decided to incorporate top range quality components in all of the features considered critical for optimal machine performance. This was crucial to reach the highest level of security and reliability that our product portfolio offers today.

Our constant open relationship with all of our providers allowed us to introduce in Spain, back in 2008 EQUIPLAST exhibition, incredible energy efficient advances that still today are not yet offered by other manufactures. For further details see the attached CD.

The Market has positively valued our technical capacity and enhanced by our after-sales service giving us their full confidence that results in entrusting their purchases to us. By accomplishing with excellence our commitments to our customers, we now have a prestigious customer base, each of them leaders in their own sectors.

Our machines have become a revered market in Spain and PROTECNOS has become an essential contact before pursuing a new purchase by any given company that needs to renew their machinery. This alone speaks enough about our products and services.

STRATEGY AND ACHIEVEMENTS

We decided to identify our company with the slogan ‘European Technology’ as per the European origin of the technical, functional and aesthetic design of our machines together with the origin of the machine components which later on were provided by other source markets such us Japan and the United States whose providers have always been top of the market (ie. Vickers, Rexroth, Schneider, Intermot, Sumitomo, etcetera). The agreements reached with GEFRAN, first European specialist in automation and control for injection machines, marked the milestone of our entrepreneurial project.

We have customers from several countries (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Brazil and Uruguay) who are testimonials to the fulfilment of our commitments and that have already tested the quality of our products and services. With you, we would like to go a step further, offering you the possibility to test personally our product portfolio. That’s why we are delighted to invite you to our premises, where you will be able to witness different energy saving demos (savings up to 60%) that were almost impossible a little while ago.

If you are also interested, we can also arrange a visit to a factory of one of our customers, where you will be able to check the performance of our machines and get direct feedback from an existing customer.

Finally, if you allow us we can do a performance energy consumption test of your current machines and set the energy savings that you would obtain by substituting them from one provided by PROTECNOS. An assembly formed by a high precision pump, a servomotor of high responsive capacity (5 milliseconds) and an inverter frequency controller, that constitute the core of the new Ecothec Series. These new series substitute the classic elements that allow motor function in a conventional injection machine.

This harmonious ensemble, above described, not only applies in an efficient manner the electric energy required by the manufacturing process but also improves the machine productivity.

Further data verifying the significant reduction on electricity consumption can be found in the accompanying CD where three comparative test were carried out during the manufacturing of different thickness wall pieces .

Together with our plastic injection machinery, PROTECNOS offers the widest range of PERIPHERALS that currently exist in the market. These are produced by SHINI a well renowned international company www.shini.com) with which we hold an exclusivity distribution agreement in the Spanish territory. This collaboration allows us to equip our machines before delivery with any type of peripheral that your company may require.

PROTECNOS offers an exclusive service of manufacturing MOULDS that meet any requirements and specifications that our customers may have.

We count on highly qualified and experienced staff in tool and die making, that follow and control the mould manufacture by ensuring that the specific materials are used. They also

follow step by step all the production processes and once the mould is finished exhaustive verification tests will be carried out to guarantee the correct functioning of each item.

All these follow up and quality control measures guarantee the

performance of the final product that ensures an optimal quality/ price relation.
