Prostneset har gjennom mange hundre år vært et sentralt handels- og næringsområde i Tromsø. Nå er tiden kommet for å gjøre det på nytt.

For centuries, Prostneset has been an important place for trade and business in Tromsø. The time has now come to do something new.

HANDELS- OG NÆRINGSSTEDPLACE FOR TRADE AND BUSINESS

Inngang vil være mot Roald Amundsens Plass eller parken for forsiden, men det åpnes for direkte adgang til ny passasjerterminal.

Her er nær avstand til alle byens faciliteter, buss- og båtforbindelse, hoteller, kjøpesenter og kommune- og fylkesforvaltning.

The office building

The entrance will face Roald Amundsens Plass or the park, but there is an opening for direct access to the new passenger terminal.

This location is close to all the city’s facilities, bus and boat connections, hotels, shopping centres and the city and county council buildings.

Kontorbygget -Amundsengården 

Kjært barn har mange navn. Vi har kalt bygget det nye forretningsbygget Amundsengården i respekt for den store polfarer i parken på oversiden.

Bygget ligger midt i bybildet, inntil Prostneset Terminal, og med ansiktet til Roald Amundsens Plass.

The office building 

We have named the new commercial building Amundsengården in honour of the famous Polar explorer in the park on the upper side.

The building is located in the heart of the city landscape, adjacent to the Prostneset Terminal and facing Roald Amundsens Plass.

Areal

Bygget er på totalt 3000 m2 fordelt på 3 etasjer a ca. 1000 m2.

Ideelt plass for 1-6 leietakere med fra 500-3000 m2, gjerne med relatert virksomhet.

Arealene har stor fleksibilitet, og kan i stor grad tilpasses slik leietaker ønsker.

Det er lav andel fellesareal.

Area

The building will cover an area of 3000 m² spread over three floors of approx. 1000 m². Ideally, there will be space for 1-6 tenants, each with 500-3000 m², preferably with related activities.

The space is extremely flexible and to a large extent may be adapted to meet the tenants’ wishes. The proportion of common areas is low.

Leietakerforhold

Moderne, spennende arkitektur. Stor vekt på energi- og miljøvennlige løsninger, flott utforming, lyse arbeidsplasser, arealeffektivitet og fleksibilitet.

Høy standard. Planløsninger tilpasses leietaker, enten dette er åpent landskap, cellekontorer, fellesrom, eller en kombinasjon av disse.

Store og lyse lokaler med fellesfunksjoner, heis, trapperom, lagre, datarom mm lagt til midten av bygget. Kontorene vil få flotte utsiktsforhold mot park og hav.

Tenancy conditions

Modern, exciting architecture with major emphasis on energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, wonderful design, bright work places, space efficiency and flexibility.

High standard: planning solutions are adapted to suit the tenant – open landscape, cell offices, common rooms or a combination of these. Large and bright offices with joint functions, lifts, stair well, storeroom, computer room etc. in the centre of the building. The offices will have great views of the park and strait.

Det bygges iht TEK 10 med energimerking B eller bedre.

3 etasjer med ca 1000 m2 pr. etasje.

Høy IT standard, bl.a. cat 6 fiberløsning.

Leietaker(e) kan få tilpasset lokalene etter egne behov, for eksempel ved behov for mer enn en etasje.

Technical specifications

The building will be constructed pursuant to the Building Regulations of 2010 (TEK 10) with energy label B or better.

Three floors, each with an area of approx. 1000 m²

High IT standard, including category 6 fibre optic solution

The office(s) may be adapted to meet the needs of the tenant(s), e.g. if more than one floor is required.

Tromsø er byen med over 70.000 innbyggere, med godt utbygget infrastruktur, lufthavn og samferdsel. I tillegg er det svært gode muligheter og tilbud innenfor kulturliv, utdanning og jobb...

Prostneset, midt i bybildet, har til alle

tider vært byens knutepunkt og nerve for

samferdsel og kommunikasjon med

utenverdenen.

Det passerer rundt 1 million passasjerer over Prostneset i dag. Målet, når den nye terminalen

står ferdig, er en dobling.

Prostneset, in the heart of the city landscape, has always been the

city’s junction and nerve for transport and communication with

the outside world.

Around 1 million passengers per annum currently pass through

Prostneset. The aim is double that when the new terminal is open.

FerdigstillelseBygget er planlagt ferdigstilt sammen med Prostneset Terminal primo 2017.

CompletionThe planned completion date for the building and the Prostneset Terminal is early 2017.
